Project Management and Project Director services for major education developments for School Infrastructure NSW, including the new Edmondson Park Public School, new Primary and Secondary School at the Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct, Picnic Point High School Upgrade, upgrades at Auburn North, Pendle Hill, Rosehill, Yagoona, and Parramatta West, the University of Sydney Capital Works project, and bid leader services for the Australian National University (ANU) Union Court and University Avenue redevelopment ECI and the University of Sydney Chau Chak Wing Museum.

masterplanning, development, remixes, capital works
As a key member of the Lendlease Retail Business Unit for over a decade, Matt has performed lead project management services for the $157m Caneland Central Redevelopment Mackay, Cairns Central redevelopment and car park management integration, Erina Fair ALDI remix, capital works upgrades at Macarthur Square, Wollongong Central, Carlingford Court, Charlestown Square and others. Also undertook roles for masterplanning, enabling works and car park upgrades QIC Castle Towers, as well as many design, masterplaning and bidding roles on Sunshine Plaza, Wollongong Central, Stockland Gladstone, Baldivis, Green Hills, Wetherill Park, Jimboomba, and QIC Grand Central and Eastlands.

Planning and delivery of high profile projects, from the $6B Barangaroo South project in Sydney, to residential duplex developments in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Project highlights include the $76m Binary Centre project in North Ryde, the concept program and procurement tasks for the $230m 126 Phillip Street Deutsche Bank Place Sydney, News Limited refurbishment project in Surry Hills, 2 Stanley Street Vaucluse and the Capitol Square development in Haymarket. Bid roles include Ivanhoe Estate Macquarie Park, the Gosford Cultural Precinct and the Gosford Hospital Heath & Wellbeing Precinct.
Infrastructure
major infrastructure delivery
Major infrastructure delivery highlights include the Sydney Airport 2000 project - a $500m design & construct investment to upgrade the international airport for the 2000 Olympics for Sydney Airport Corporation, and the contract management of the $1.4B Chatswood to Epping Rail Link for Transport for NSW (now part of the Sydney Metro Northwest system). Also undertook the bid leadership role for the M12 Motorway Project Management role, plus others.
